Refund policy

At Energic, we want you to love your sneakers! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 • Sneakers must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 • Items marked “Final Sale” or customized sneakers are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

 1Send us an email at energicsports7@gmail.com with your order information to initiate a return request.

 2. Receive a Return Label – We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (return shipping fees may apply).

 3. Pack & Ship – Securely package your sneakers and drop them off at the designated carrier.

3. Refund Process

 • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

 • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

 • Need a different size or color? Select “Exchange” in the Returns Portal.

 • Exchanges are processed immediately after your return is received.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

 • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at [customer service email] within 7 days for a free replacement.

6. International Returns

 • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 • Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
